What do I need to do to get ready?
We appreciate pre vacuuming and moving any small items. You may also move any furniture, tables, ect. if you wish. We will move what we can within reason.
do I need to be home?
You do not need to be home. We have earned a very trustworthy reputation over the years. Please contact us to go over job details if you will not be present.
How far do you travel?
We will travel as far as need be. We do charge a $0.50 mileage fee for jobs outside of Savanna, Mount Carroll, & Thomson.
How long will it take?
It will roughly take about 45 minutes per room depending on condition of carpets or upholstery. Dry times will be between 6-24 hours depending on airflow
what forms of payment can I use?
We accept cash, check, credit, and debit. There is a 6% fee on card payments.

Yes. Our entire line is fully “green” and eco-friendly.
